Unique Focus on Service Delivery
Turner Conradie has a long history. Although Turner Conradie was established in 2006 in its current form, it has its roots nineteen years ago when André Conradie founded an entrepreneurial accounting and auditing practice in Durbanville, Cape Town. The practice established itself as one with a unique focus on service delivery and personal interest in the well-being of its clients. Eddie Turner joined André on 01 June 2006, resulting in the formation of the partnership Turner Conradie. Both André and Eddie are chartered accountants, registered auditors and tax practitioners. The firm currently has five full-time employees and two trainee accountants.
The firm prides itself on having a 0% staff turnover rate and many satisfied and successful clients.
Something About the Partners
André completed his training contract as chartered accountant at JP Coetzee and Company in Bellville. He has extensive experience in various financial positions. He was the financial manager for Stellenbosch Winery in Namibia, an internal auditor at Andrag, Bellville and financial manager at Caledon Riviersonderend Co-op. He partnered with Cassie Venter in an auditing practice before he became the financial manager at Unifoto. Turner Conradie has its roots in 1992 when André founded his own practice. He is also involved with a publisher, Anansi Books.
He completed his Hons B Compt through UNISA and his Hons B & A degree at Stellenbosch University.
Eddie completed his training contract as chartered accountant at SDK Chartered Accountants in Durbanville. He was a youth minister in Windhoek, Namibia, before he continued his career at Old Mutual and Nedbank. He started his trainee contract at Van der Ahee Incorporated in Stellenbosch in 2003 and worked at Ernst & Young as audit manager, before he joined André on 01 June 2006 to establish Turner Conradie.
He completed his Hons B Compt through UNISA and his theological studies, including a Ph.D. in the Old Testament, at Stellenbosch University.
